Subscriptions

None. Founding Membership is a one-off payment, not a recurring charge — nothing will ever be taken from your card again. Artist and Label Pro are planned for after launch; if you buy one then, it'll appear here with a cancel button.

Delete your account

Permanent and immediate. Your account, waitlist entry and any reserved username go, and the username becomes available to someone else.

One exception: if you've bought a Founding Membership, the record of that sale is kept but stripped of your personal details. UK tax law requires keeping transaction records for six years — we can't delete a receipt, but we can make sure it no longer points at you.

Adds a second step at sign-in using an authenticator app. Worth turning on if you're buying a Founding Membership — it's the account your founding number lives on.

Your backup codes

If you lose your phone, these get you back in. Enter one where you'd normally type the 6-digit code. Each works once.

Save these now — a password manager, or on paper somewhere that isn't your phone. They can't be shown again: only encrypted versions are kept, which is the same reason nobody can read your password.

    Used a few, or lost them? Generating a new set immediately cancels the old one, so anything written down before stops working.
